Join Tech Cornwall and the University of Exeter for the Cornwall AI Summit 2027, a one-day event bringing together businesses, organisations and leaders from across Cornwall and the South West to explore the reality of adopting AI.
AI is changing the way organisations work, but moving from curiosity to confident adoption isn’t always straightforward.
This Summit is focused on practical AI adoption rather than technical demonstrations. We’ll hear from organisations and leaders who are actually using AI: what they’ve tried, what’s worked, what hasn’t, the challenges they’ve faced and what they’ve learned along the way.

The morning will feature talks, conversations and real-world case studies, followed by practical workshops in the afternoon, giving you the opportunity to explore key topics and challenges in more depth.
