How to help groups decide (without falling out with each other)
The most effective teams are the ones that create the best environments: places where we can contribute meaningfully, explore our differences productively, and where we can then actually make effective decisions.
But when we have competing priorities, differing opinions and unspoken assumptions, how do we contribute, disagree well, and then decide together, without getting stuck in endless discussiions, defaulting to the loudest voice, or avoiding difficult disagreements?
In this gently interactive workshop, we'll explore the human dynamics of collaborative decision-making, including how to encourage meaningful contributions, navigate disagreement and getting clarity around who makes the final decision. You'll leave with practical approaches to help you and your teams make more inclusive, effective decisions.
