This course will run over 2 afternoons a week apart
What you will learn
Part 1:
- Overview of Agile and the Scrum framework.
- The importance of teams to Agile (4 3 2 1 model)
- Creating a Physiologically safe environment and the concept of servant leadership.
Part 2:
- Where a manager fits into Agile and how they support the growth of Agile
- Characteristics of an Agile organisation
- Empiricism
- Leadership styles
- Understanding and developing the team members
Delivery will be via a combination of slides, talks, interactive exercises and 3rd party videos.

Anyone who is new to Agile and wants to gain an understanding. Or those that have been working with Agile for a while and wish to develop their knowledge.

What you will need
Online – access to computer with decent stable broadband connection. Access to web camera and audio device. All session will be delivered over Zoom or MS Teams. Additional software such as Mural or Whiteboard will use web cloud-based services for which links will be provided.
