| Systems Thinking provides a set of tools and mental models to frame problems within the overall context of the business. This introduction session will use a series of fun and informative games/exercises to teach the core mental models needed to start to get the benefits that system thinking offers. You will learn about how our existing preconceptions shape the way we think, how we do not necessarily see what we think and How changing our perspective can radically change our understanding of a problem. |
