If you find the Public Sector daunting, impenetrable or simply a bit of a mystery then this one day workshop will help you. Geoff Yale from ‘Geoff Yale Consultancy’ will deliver this workshop.

The requirement for the public sector to achieve the best value criteria puts the emphasis firmly on the potential supplier to prove they are the best and most appropriate partner for the supply of those goods or service. Increasing emphasis on factors other than price also add pressure during the bidding process.

•  Online portals
•  Bid preparation
•  Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)
•  Tender questions and answers
•  Debriefs

iPad’s  will be available for delegates to use enabling practical guidance on sourcing of portals, and the identification of their own Common procurement Vocabulary  [CPV] codes, a useful tool in identifying suitable tenders.

This workshop will give delegates a better understanding of the tender process and what to bid for as well as how to prepare a tender and the rules & regulations surrounding the process.
