Why Agile?

Do you find yourself stuck? Do projects take ages to get off the ground? Is it tricky to stay on top of tasks when your team is remote? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, Agile might be the answer. Agile is a methodology developed in the software industry, but its principles around managing projects can be transformative in any environment where people are trying to get things done and make an impact.

Agile…

  • Has users at the centre
  • Allows teams to adapt to a changing environment
  • Decreases risk by working iteratively
  • Saves time, saves money, and delivers value

If you think those things could benefit your work, then read on…

You’ll get an introduction to the principles of Agile and the Agile manifesto, an overview of how to run Agile teams and projects, and apply the theory in practical demonstrations, games and tasks. Importantly, do you not have to have any level of prior knowledge of Agile and/or tech. This training is for everyone.
