Your facilitator:

We’re honoured to welcome Emmie Kell, CEO of Cornwall Museums Partnership who will be the facilitator for this session.

Emmie is the CEO of Cornwall Museums Partnership, an independent charity which exists to create positive social change with museums.

She is a member of Cornwall’s Creative Industries Taskforce, the Creative Industries Federation UK Council and the Tate St Ives Advisory Council. She cmleted her term as Non Exec Director of the LEP in 2021.

Emmie leads on strategic planning, regional and national advocacy and partnership development for Cornwall Museums Partnership.

With over 28 years of experience within the museum sector including working at the V&A, Somerset House, MOSI Manchester, and Thinktank Birmingham, Emmie is a qualified coach, an experienced leadership mentor and trainer with a particular interest in governance, partnerships and collaborative leadership.

Emmie is a Fellow of the RSA and was the Arts Council England Museums Clore Fellow in 2014/15.

In March 2022 she will join Arts Council England as Director of Museums and Cultural Property.
