The AI enabled improvement course is a practical, hands-on training programme to help Adult Social Care Managers lead meaningful improvements using agile methods and AI tools.
Delivered across five weeks, you’ll work on a real transformation project of your choice. We’ll show you how to use simple agile and AI tools to lighten your admin workload, support communication, help you plan and deliver change, all with a strong focus on ethics, safety and dignity. No previous technical knowledge is required.
You will learn how to:
- Understand what AI is in the context of Adult Social Care
- Explore safe, ethical and legally compliant ways to use AI in your day-to-day managerial work
- Use simple AI tools to save time on tasks like writing, planning, summarising, and generating ideas
- Apply agile methods to manage change and implement improvements
- Plan and deliver a real project that matters to your service
- Reflect on impact, overcome barriers, and embed continuous improvement
