Innovation Surgery: Digital Projects

Tuesday 22 06 2021 @ 9:30 am - 11:00 am

A step by step guide to launching digital projects with guest speaker Sam Armondi from Everest Media

From idea to launch: a step-by-step guide for digital projects.

In this discussion, we will examine the typical approach taken to digital projects and why it can cause significant pain and cost for businesses.

We will look at tried and tested methods to go from idea to prototype to successful launch, with a special emphasis on:

Identifying the real problem you’re trying to solve and shaping that into the smallest product possible to test

• Specifying your project in ‘just enough’ detail to enable a successful delivery

• Working with experts to identify the best solution for now and the future

• Driving change and transformation in your business through an organisation so your new project is a success.

We will also consider the various options you have for delivery (in-house teams, agencies, freelances, offshoring) and the typical commercial models they use.

To get the most from the session, you will need a smartphone or other device with internet access. We will be running several interactive games and simulations to bring the webinar to life.

Delivered by Sam Armondi, Managing Director of Everest Media:
