Applications for the Cornwall Slush’D 2025 Pitch Competition are now closed, but that doesn’t mean your chance to get involved is gone. In fact, it’s just getting started.
There are three more ways to showcase your startup or idea at Cornwall Slush’D 2025 this September. Whether you’re ready to demo something live or just need some honest early feedback, check out the opportunities available.
Here’s how you can take part:
Venture Village – A complimentary expo stand to showcase your innovation
Get your product or tech in front of every Slush’D attendee with a free exhibitor space in the main foyer of the Lighthouse Cinema. You’ll be positioned alongside other startups, with direct access to a stream of founders, investors, and business leaders.
Each Venture Village exhibitor gets:
- One table
- Access to power
- Visibility throughout the full event

Ideation Station – Test your idea and gather real feedback
The Ideation station is the place for you if you’re looking to validate your startup idea or test a new product concept. Simply bring a poster (A4, A3 or A2) to pin on the board, and our audience will use dot-voting stickers to leave quick, visual feedback.
It’s ideal for:
- Market validation
- Pricing experiments
- Partnership interest
- Building your mailing list
You’re welcome to stay nearby to chat, or just let the board do the work.

Demo Night – A DEMO, not a pitch. Friendly audience, expert feedback.
In partnership with Canopy Community, we’re bringing their now-infamous Demo Night to Slush’D and we’re opening applications now.
This isn’t a pitch. It’s a relaxed, founder-first environment where you can demo your innovation and get honest, constructive feedback from a live audience. The format encourages open discussion and helps founders avoid building in a bubble.
Format:
- 5-minute live demo
- 5-minute Q&A
- Live-streamed to the Canopy Community YouTube channel (5k average views)
