Software Cornwall brought SLUSH’d, billed as the world’s ultimate startup event, to the South West for the first time.
And it was brilliant!
The Tech South West team was treated to some amazing pitches, talks and inspiring speakers including Dominic McGregor of Social Chain, tech futurist Adah Parris, Naily Makangu of Athena Leaders, Simon Vincent of X-CMO, Tim Edwards of Codices, Amy Wallace of Bracen Grove and more, with Rachael Malthouse at Spectrum Tailored Technologies winning the pitch competition.
Tech South West was there with Paul Bird of Digital Plymouth and Kris Sum of TechExeter to showcase the region’s amazing tech ecosystem, with Tech South West Funding Lead Ben Cooper on the Investor Panel for the event.
A huge thanks to the Software Cornwall team including Niki Davies, Holly Paton and Garry Hunt for making the event such a success, and bringing together so many inspiring tech personalities from the county and beyond.
