Built on earlier research, it identifies persistent shortages in intermediate and advanced skills, alongside barriers such as rural exclusion, outdated curricula, and limited access to training.
Drawing on data and stakeholder insights, the report calls for stronger collaboration between educators and employers, improved data transparency, and targeted investment in inclusive, flexible training to secure Cornwall’s future as a leading digital economy.
