Here at Tech Cornwall we’ve launched our latest Career Pathway, and this time, it’s all about helping people with digital skills get into training and coaching roles in tech.
The Digital Skills Trainer programme is a fully funded opportunity for people who have coding experience and enjoy helping others learn. It’s designed to build your confidence in delivering tech training, and if that sounds like you, this could be your next step.
Over the course of four months, participants will build their confidence as a trainer through expert-led learning, develop their communication skills, and put their new found skills into practice by delivering a beginner-friendly coding workshop. The programme is delivered flexibly online to fit around other commitments, and there’s the potential to work towards a recognised teaching qualification.
