Tech South West is supporting tech companies of all sizes in the region to grow by facilitating access to industry-leading business mentors.
Building on the success of last year’s Growth Forge programme, this year’s accelerator features an enhanced business assessment tool, 1-1 mentors and multiple investment anchorpoints including pitch days and investor networking.
Programme cost explained:
The UK Government has awarded us funding to support the delivery of Growth Forge 2025, via the Barclays Eagle Labs Ecosystem Partnership Programme.
This allows us to offer fully funded support until June 2025.
From July onwards, the programme costs £50 per month to take part. The funding will be allocated by a reimbursement scheme, where all companies who sign up between now and June will be reimbursed on the first day of July for their participation up to that date.
That means you’ll be charged the normal programme cost of £50 until June, and then be refunded everything you’ve paid up to that point before continuing with the programme.
This is simply the simplest way for the funding to be allocated; there are no strings attached. If you decide to leave the programme in June, you will be reimbursed just the same (but you’d miss out on a lot of great business support opportunities!)

- Digital learning resources
For 2025, they’re offering four specialised tracks: Core, AI, Marine tech & Clean tech
Last year’s Growth Forge companies secured over £2m in funding, and reported a 27% average increase across key metrics including marketing, strategy and legal protections.
Programme partners ready to work with companies this year include Microsoft, Plymouth and South Devon Freeport, Bishop Fleming, Future Space, British Business Bank, Program, Howden, Innovate UK Business Growth and Ashfords.
