On Tuesday, 6th November, at the Tech Cornwall Connected event, Holly Patton launched the new white paper, ‘A Rising Tide’.
The paper sets out a bold, sector-led roadmap for transforming Cornwall into a powerhouse of digital innovation and inclusive growth. It highlights how technology can underpin a clean, green, and fair economy, bridging the gap between local talent, enterprise, and opportunity.
It calls for collaboration between government, industry, and education to harness Cornwall’s creative potential and ensure that its unique geography becomes a driver—not a barrier—to prosperity.
At its heart, the white paper identifies five key strategies essential to realising Cornwall’s tech ambitions:
