In this engaging and interactive masterclass, you’ll explore how to give feedback that is clear, constructive and genuinely helpful - without awkwardness, avoidance, or unnecessary bluntness. Through practical exercises and real-world examples, you’ll get the chance to try out what you’ve learned in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
We’ll look at how to move beyond the extremes of polite avoidance and brutal honesty, and instead learn how to show that you care personally while still being able to challenge directly. You’ll discover simple frameworks and techniques that help you structure feedback so it’s specific, actionable, and focused on growth rather than criticism.
This session isn’t about scripts or corporate jargon. It’s about building confidence, improving relationships, and having better conversations at work - whether you’re giving feedback to colleagues, team members, managers, or clients, or learning how to receive feedback without defensiveness.
By the end of the masterclass, you’ll leave with practical tools you can use straight away, along with the confidence to deliver feedback that genuinely supports development, strengthens trust, and improves performance.
Perfect for anyone who wants to communicate more effectively and make feedback a positive, productive part of working life.
