As South West businesses race to adopt AI, demand for tech talent has never been higher. This programme is co-designed with local employers, so what you learn is what the industry actually needs.

You’ll work on workplace scenario hackathons and an industry-integrated project, using advanced AI tools alongside real-world development skills — all building a portfolio employers want to see.

Is this for you?

We especially welcome applications from people who are:

  • Unemployed or underemployed
  • Returning to work after a caring break
  • Looking for a practical alternative to a traditional degree
  • Ready for a career switch — no coding experience required

Course Overview</p

The course covers common technical skills including:

• Creation of interactive, front-end websites utilising industry-standard technologies such as HTML, CSS and ES6 JavaScript.

• Understanding of creating and managing cloud-based databases natively and via an ORM.

• Full-stack web frameworks utilising Python.
