This event is designed for leaders exclusively in the digital, tech and creative industries who are looking to increase their clarity, control and confidence - to run their businesses better.

Growth Leaders delivers a top-rated, industry-specific approach which helps leaders adopt processes and systems to manage their business more effectively, sustain growth and/or significantly improve profit margins (see: www.growth-leaders.com).

This event is a taster for a 12-month programme hosted each month by Growth Leaders starting June 2025.

This session will:

Explain how to implement world class processes into a business
Measure the current state of your business against industry benchmarks
Diagnose participants current biggest challenges and provide some solutions
Explore why, despite the extra stress, being a leader is worth the effort
Introduce Growth Leaders

It is ideally positioned for leaders running businesses with teams of between three to eighteen staff (or thereabouts – please do ask if this is right for you).

At the session, you’ll:

Consider seven critical systems every leader must be on top of - in areas such as sales, marketing, strategy, operational process, etc. - for a business like yours to thrive.
Assess and diagnose your business’s current strengths and weaknesses against best practice and quickly identify where to concentrate your efforts to deliver the most benefit.
Explore some of the specific challenges and issues you’re facing right now and identify the best ways to resolve them.

But knowing is only half the battle!

Identifying what needs to be improved is helpful - but we’ll explain how Growth Leaders will give you the tools, knowledge and understanding to implement those changes in your own business operations. (btw, every month, the programme also holds participants to account to make sure they actually embed the improvements!)

The Facilitators

This session will be lead by the programme's facilitators Anthony Story and Hannah Rowe (founder of Rowe IT). It is delivered in partnership with the Tech Cornwall.
