Return of the Jam!

After the success of Cornwall’s first Tech Jam during Cornwall Tech Week we are now going to be running them monthly!
The next one will be on Saturday 13th February at the Pool Innovation Centre.
Drop in anytime between 1000 and 1400.
Anyone is welcome to attend as it is suitable for all ages and all abilities.

Work Experience

Application are open for our school work experience week! From 4th – 8th July 2016 we will be enabling 12 students to get real experience in software development and delivery.

Crowdfunder 

We would like to welcome new members Crowdfunder to the Software Cornwall community.
They are now the UK’s largest rewards based crowdfunding platform and have funded millions of pounds for thousands of projects across the UK.

Superfast Cornwall 

Superfast Cornwall have announced their new programme which is set to deliver Superfast to an additional 8,600 premises in Cornwall. The first phase should see 1700 premises done by Sept 2016.

Ethical Hacking

We have received a call for an expert to deliver a workshop training session to raise awareness of how someone would hack a website and what can be done to prevent this.
Please register your interest for this event now – it will be another crowdsourced project.

Summer Huddle

Applications are open for the Agile Summer Huddle. From 11th – 22nd July 2016 we will be offering a free 2 week course to school leavers and graduates that will kick start their career in software.

Hertzian 

We would like to welcome new members Hetzian to the Software Cornwall community. They build products around big data analytical solutions to solve problems within feedback dependent industries.
